As a manager, you will be working with colleagues to make your provision responsive to the needs of your learners, employers and the local community and to enable learners to achieve their goals. You will be implementing robust quality assurance processes that promote a culture of self-assessment that, in turn, informs actions to be taken to improve further. You will be exploring how your organisation is preparing to meet the proposed key performance indicators for excellence as set out in the LSC Framework for Excellence and the Quality Improvement Agency’s (QIA) Improvement Strategy, Pursuing Excellence.
