It is more than a profession even, it's a way of life. Gone are the days when in my earlier jobs I would clock-watch and think of planning for the next night out. It's a total commitment to your learners, your peers, your organisation - your thoughts are never far away from the next lesson, course, resource to plan and try out, driven by a desire to improve, succeed and experiment. And when it all falls into place, the sense of satisfaction is fantastic.
